Neil Cooper - Therapy? www.therapyquestionmark.co.uk Since Neil joined Therapy? in 2002, they have recorded eight studio albums, two live albums and toured worldwide. Renowned for their powerful live performances, Therapy? continue to make their mark within the alternative music scene playing sold out headline tours and appearing at major festivals worldwide. Their album Hard Cold Fire (2023) on Marshall Records reached no.1 in the Official UK Rock & Metal chart. Neil’s drumming style reflects an eclectic background spanning alternative metal, punk, and ‘white label’ techno. He is well-known for integrating techno-influences with full on hard rock rhythms and over the years his playing has been lauded for the originality and intensity he delivers. His dynamic drum solos have become a feature of Therapy? live shows. He's delivered remixes for bands, re-imagining original recordings, adding fresh drum parts and putting his own distinctive stamp on the music. Neil also performed live with the ‘noise/punk collective’ Benefits and in the studio provided drums on the track 'Lies and Fear' for their Constant Noise album (2025) Neil performs drum clinics in the UK and Europe. He is a keen educator, receiving a ‘Certificate of Teaching’ through The Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music. Alongside this, he developed Music Tutor’s Hero – www.musictutorshero.co.uk – a cloud-based platform designed to help independent music teachers manage lessons, feedback and student progress.
