My name is Brett Attig. I am a Vancouver Island based drummer and educator. I have my own band called "Wet Future", and in 2022 we will be releasing our first album titled "Under The Weather" In my drumming career I have had the opportunity to do session work in the studio for many artists including Chase Spencer, Sirreal Feat Blue Satellite, Shepard and Liam Borns. In 2018 I embarked on a tour across western Canada with Chase Spencer for his album "Lost In The Dark" which was an unforgettable and enriching experience. When I am not preforming or working in the studio, I dedicate my time to teaching a full rooster of students of diverse age ranges. In 2018 I was apart of a successful drum clinic called "Day Of Drum" in Nanaimo and after words I was approached by Mapex and was asked to join their team. It was a dream come true, and I could not be more thrilled and grateful to be apart of their family. In between teaching and doing session work, I have been keeping busy writing and recording with my band "Wet Future" as well as preforming gigs island wide with my cover band "Baby Jane"
