He was born in the 24 th of july, 1953.

In1968, he started percussion studies (timpani) with Master Antonio Yepes, permanent timpanist at Colon Theatre, and in 1970, he took a course on drums with Mr. Rolando Picardi, who performed as a drummer for TV (channel 11) for several years. He has developed his career as a drummer and percussion player in all the areas: recordings, TV, shows, concerts in theatres, musical comedies, cultural projects, teaching and many musical styles such as pop, rock, melodic music, tango, Argentinean and Latin American folk.

Along with the singer Roque Narvaja and other professional musicians, he took part in the cultural project “Chimango group ” with whom he
recorded the disc named under this band name. This record was done for the interprise CBS Columbia, from Argentina and it is one of the first experiences about folk-fusion in the country.

In 1976, he took part in the rock band “Pastoral”, along with Hugo Villareal (bass) Manolo Yanes (keyboards). It was led by the singers Alejandro De Michele and Miguel A. Erausquin.

In 1978, he went to Spain and stayed there for a year. During his stay there, he performed with major local and Argentinian singers, such as Jorge Sobral, Eduardo Rodrigo, Amina, BB Muñoz, Piero and Roque Narvaja.

In 1982, he shared a stage with Vinicius de Moraes singer, Maria Creuza from Brasil, in the orchestra conducted by Mr. Victor Diaz Velez.

In 1985, he joined in the international tour all over Argentina, singer Luis Miguel. The tour finished after a performance at Luna Parck, in Buenos
Aires. He took part in several OTI Festivals on Latin Songs for channels 9 and 7 fron Argentina. He was chosen by several well-known conductors such as: Oscar Cardozo Ocampo, Horacio Malvicino, Mike Rivas, Victor Buchino, Oscar Lopez Ruiz, Luis Maria Serra, etc. He played tango to accompany singer Libertad Lamarque in Huelva Festival, Spain, led by the bandoneon player Carlos Buono. He also accompanied several Argentinian Tango singers such as Raul Lavie (Tango Argentino), Jose A. Trelles (Astor Piazzola) and Maria Volonte.

In 1992 he was appointed by pianist Mr. Saul Cosentino to join in the tango group Vanguardia, which performed at San Martin Theatre Hall,
Buenos Aires, and they recorded the CD “Himno a Buenos Aires” for Philips company,Fernando Suarez Paz(violin) Daniel Bineli (bandoneon) Ricardo Lew (guit) also performed there. He was a member of one of the first tango groups from Argentina, made up of fives saxophones bass and drums, which was called “Saxtango”. It was conducted by Arturo Shneider, and this group recorded song for the radio program F.M. Tango.
He took part in the Folk Municipal Orchestra which was set up in 1986 by the Musical Spreading Centre in Buenos Aires Counsil. It was conducted by Mr. Osvaldo Requena and it included such major musicians as Kelo Palacios (guit.) Oscar Alen(bass) Ricardo Dominguez (guit.).
He took part in cultural projects of Latin American folk, along with the guitar player Jose Luis Castiñeira de Dios and the “Anacrusa” group and
with Entre Rios orchestra, conducted by Master Ernesto Zemba. As regard jazz, he participated in Buki Arcella Trio; And as special guest he performed for Colon Theatre Philharmonic Orchestra during “Buenos Aires Sixth Jazz and Other Musical Styles Festival”, which took place in 2007, conducted by Mr Pedro I. Calderón. They played “Symphonic Dances for West Side Story, by Leonard Berstein. As for his teaching performance, he has been permanent Drums and Percussion Professor at Hurlinghan Sta Hildas College, and at Sir Thomas Mallory School.

Nowadays and since 2005, he has been a columnist for the magazine “Bateristas al Sur”, one of the most important ones in its kind.

Since 2004 he has been a member of the folk group that singer Soledad Pastoruti.

In 2010 published his first book “Conceptos Profesionales”, manual for the professional drummer.
