Terry Scott Jr is from Gibson, LA. He found his passion for music at the age of 5 while watching his uncle play drums in church and occasionally playing a few songs himself. He later began playing for local gospel groups where the love grew even stronger. His professional career started when he began touring with New Orleans Blues guitarist Marc Stone. Later he began working with New Orleans late greats Walter “Wolfman” Washington and Dr John. Terry is currently the drummer for singer-songwriter Marc Broussard and Blues guitarist Eric Johanson. Known for his dynamics, articulate grooves and attention to detail Terry is also a powerhouse of a singer. Terry believes in being a great musician on and off the stage. His passion for music has allowed him to travel all over the world. He says that he is still on a conquest to just be the best he can be just doing what he loves to do!
