I was born on January 6, 1976 in Humpolec. At the age of 10, I started drumming. After graduating from elementary art school, I was accepted to the Brno Conservatory. After four years of studying in Brno, I went to Prague to the J. Ježek Conservatory. After graduating, I worked for three years in the National Theater Drama Orchestra. I have been playing in the band Wohnout since 1996, with which I recorded 14 LPs and played over 2,000 concerts.

Since 2011 I have also been engaged in pedagogical activities.

In 2007, I received an offer to play Mapex drums. I was excited. I enjoy drums a lot and I haven't played others since.
