Cory Hofing started his career at the age of 18 as the founding member of Power/Death metal band Crimson Shadows ( Napalm Records ) playing in 14 different countries and various festivals including Wacken Openair in Germany. Cory's passion for drums stems from raw emotional attachment for the music he is performing. "Making sure the band as a whole comes across to the audience in the way we indent has always been my main purpose while performing, having impact and connecting with fans makes every ounce of effort and sacrifice worth it." Throughout the past several years Cory's focus has been on session drumming for various bands around the world in his own studio and has recently joined Hamilton based melodic death metal band Lutharo. In December of 2020 Cory started the We're Talkin Drums Podcast where he and his co-hosts have in depth discussions with fellow drummers about their careers and approach to playing.
