Heather got her start playing drums in school band and has made drums and music the center of her life ever since. She earned a degree in Percussion Performance from Central Washington University and then joined the Seattle music scene, touring and recording with 2x Grammy nominated artist Mary Lambert and fronting the Heather Thomas Band. She is a Drumeo instructor and teaches drum lessons independently. Heather has several releases under her own name and lives in Nashville as a full time musician.
