Born in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 1984, he began studying percussion at the age of 9, exploring classical percussion, Latin percussion, and drums. Having studied various musical genres, he has been involved in diverse projects in countries such as Sweden, Uruguay, Argentina, and Colombia. In Colombia, he served as a musician for one of the country's most significant improvised theater companies, as well as a studio and television musician. His drum education includes masterclasses with Dave Weckl, Anye Bao, Horacio “El Negro” and private lessons with Pedro Barceló, among others. Since 2019, he has returned to his hometown, contributing to musical projects spanning Latin, Latin jazz, funk, and pop genres. He is fortunate to be part of the artist family for brands such as Mapex (drums), Ufip (cymbals), and Regal Tip (drumsticks).

“Study with passion, perseverance, and surpass yourself. Music is not a career; humility as a person makes a musician great. Humility opens doors and guides the song along."
