Born in a family of musicians, Damien first learned playing the drums with his father. From the age of 4, he practiced as a musician directly on stage.
His mother being a piano teacher and singer in the family band, he took an early interest in singing and learned to play several instruments.
At 16 years old he produced, directed and released his first album under the name Yossoma. He sings and plays all the instruments on this record.
2001 Damien moved to Paris. This is where he started playing on tour for the most famous French artists.
He also forged a solid reputation in the jazz fusion and played with Dominique Di Piazza, Hadrien Feraud, Sixun.
He is a member of Jean-Luc Ponty’s band since 2007.

Since 2010 he's playing with Alain Caron, Otmaro Ruiz, Georges Duke, Greg Howe and Frank Gambale.

Damien being also a producer and multi-instrumentalist, he will produce between 2011 and 2018 a large number of discs or DVDs ranging from his personal projects to the artists he produces (see website)
From June 2018 ‘till January 2021, Damien joins the band of the french famous daily television show:’N’oubliez pas les paroles.
He also participates in another famous television musical show: Taratata where he plays with International Artists.
