Artist Bio: Born and raised in Hartford, CT, Larone McMillian began his early journey in music playing drums in church. From that platform, he has expanded into many other genres including Hip Hop, R&B, Gospel Soul, Pop and Jazz. After many years of training and developing to become a seasoned musician, he began his journey as a professional right out of high school. His first opportunity came when he was recommended to Super music director Ray Chew to be the drummer for the pop star JOJO in 2006. A few years of touring with the pop star lead to quite a bit of exposure that opened many doors to receive more calls by other MD's in the business. Since then, Larone has worked with some of the top artists in the music business. Aside to being a touring drummer, Larone is also a Producer, programmer, and has worked on quite a few projects live and in studio.
